Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may require additional time.
Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping through trusted carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Estimates: Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited options may arrive within 2-3 business days.
International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the U.S. International shipping may be considered in the future.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.
Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Return Policy
Custom Orders: Since each item is made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Non-Custom Items: Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Digital Files: All sales of digital files are final. Due to the nature of digital products, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not possible once a file has been delivered.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or an error in customization, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and cancellations are not possible.
Shipping Issues: If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement if necessary.
Customer Responsibility: Please double-check all customization details before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors in spelling, sizing, or design choices made by the customer.
